Product Return
The product return procedure is regulated by Article 26.1 of the federal law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
- The consumer has the right to refuse the product at any time before its delivery, and after delivery of the product - within seven days;
- Return / exchange of a product with a hidden manufacturing defect identified during operation is carried out on the grounds and within the time limits established by the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights"
- Return of a product of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties are preserved, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product;
- The consumer does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality having individually defined properties if the specified product can be used exclusively by the person acquiring it;
- When the consumer refuses the product, the seller must return to them the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, excluding the seller's expenses for delivery from the consumer of the returned product, no later than ten days from the date the consumer submits the corresponding requirement;
- The consumer has the right to terminate the service agreement at any time, having paid the contractor part of the price proportional to the part of the service provided before receiving notice of termination of the specified agreement and having compensated the contractor for expenses incurred by them up to that moment for the purpose of executing the agreement, if they are not included in the specified part of the service price;
- Upon discovering defects in the service provided, the consumer has the right, at their choice, to demand:
- free elimination of defects;
- corresponding reduction in price;
- compensation for expenses incurred by them to eliminate defects on their own or by third parties;
- The consumer has the right to make claims related to defects in the service provided if they are discovered during the warranty period, and in its absence within a reasonable time, within two years from the date of acceptance of the service provided;
- The contractor is responsible for defects in a service for which no warranty period has been established if the consumer proves that they arose before its acceptance by them or for reasons that arose before that moment;
Service Refusal
The consumer's right to terminate the service agreement is regulated by Article 32 of the federal law "On Protection of Consumer Rights"
- The consumer has the right to terminate the service agreement at any time, having paid the contractor part of the price proportional to the part of the service provided before receiving notice of termination of the specified agreement and having compensated the contractor for expenses incurred by them up to that moment for the purpose of executing the agreement, if they are not included in the specified part of the service price;
- Upon discovering defects in the service provided, the consumer has the right, at their choice, to demand:

- corresponding reduction in price;
- compensation for expenses incurred by them to eliminate defects on their own or by third parties;
